What’s important in DGBATS:
DGBATS is about embodying your character, using a system of increasing pressure that rewards you for sticking to your character in a world where staying true to yourself is almost impossible.
But these needs change- your magic is constantly growing, as you straddle the line of monstrosity your magic overwrites more and more of who you are.
DGBATS 2026 is the early prototype of the full, more ambitious game, sized more similarly to Monster of the Week or
frostycauldrongames-
